VENDOR INFORMATION

Please read the information for signing up to be a vendor before starting your application process. There are updates from the last Faire we need everyone to see!

VENUE, DATE AND TIME

The OMF! is at the Oracle Community Center on May the 4th, 2024 from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM. Vendor Spots are now available!  

HOW TO BECOME A VENDOR

To start your application, fill out this contact form and submit it to us AFTER reviewing all the information on this page. We have made changes to our process and procedures you need to know about! We will review your application within two days and will contact you with the decision. If you are accepted an invoice will be attached for your $40 table fee. You MUST pay your vendor fees within two days of receipt of your invoice. Failure to pay your table fee or make other arrangements will result in your space being forfeited to someone on our waiting list! 

If you are pulled off of the waiting list and given a table, you must pay your table fee within two days! We do this make sure we have committed people participating and can use the fees for marketing and bringing you more customers!

If you are interested in teaching a workshop, please include the title of your proposed class with your contact information. Classes are free for the public to attend and allows them to get to know you and your business!

VENUE, DATE AND TIME

The OMF! is at the Oracle Community Center on May the 4th, 2024 from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM. The Community Center is located at 685 East American Avenue in Oracle, AZ. You can get directions on the map located on bottom of the OMF! website.

 

SET UP AND PACK UP

Table setup starts at 7:00 am. You can park by the front door to unload your vehicle, but after you are finished unloading, please move your car to the side parking lot so others can unload. All vendor cars need to be moved to the parking lot on the right side of the Community Center by 8:45 am for the start of the Faire. There are two handicap accessible parking spots in the front if anyone needs that.

Vendors must stay for the ENTIRE event. If you can't stay for the entire event, we will reserve the table for someone who can fully participate and give our visitors the maximum experience! 

TABLES

We provide everyone with one six-foot rectangular table and a couple padded metal chairs. You will need to bring your own tablecloth and other desired table dressings as they are bare white tables that have normal wear and tear marks. We may have a couple extra tables so please request one if needed.

 

KITCHENETTE

The Community Center has a little kitchenette with a standard house fridge and freezer that will be available for vendor's use to keep your food and drinks cool.

MARKETING

We target market and have attendees from across southern AZ (Maricopa, Pima, and Pinal counties) through social media platforms, local blogs, and paper media outlets. If you haven't already, connect with the Faire's Facebook page, our Instagram and TikTok accounts, and check out the website. We are sharing your information and marketing vendors, so visitors know the amazing experience you are all offering them! Please cross share on your social media to help increase our reach even more! If you haven't sent us your photo (logo or headshot) please do this so we can get you added to the website and social media.
